Secret #16: Working in a Workout

I did not consider myself to be an exercise person, but I knew I had to find a way to squeeze a workout into my busy day.  I have my weight back down to where I want it, but I need to tone!  How can I do this without disrupting too much of my already hectic day?

Enter the 30 Day Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels.  This DVD consists of a 20-minute daily workout.  It really is just 20-minutes, and it really is a workout.  After just a week, I was already seeing results!  You can check out my progress here!

I’m almost done with the 30 Days, and I’m happy to report that it not only fits into my schedule, it gives me more energy than I’ve ever had!  In fact, it’s so easy to fit into my schedule that I’m planning on continuing with it even when my thirty days is up.

All for 20-minutes a day.

Of course, with all these lost inches, I will have to find time to buy more clothes.
